1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order before it is processed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order:

  • Go to “My Orders” section on the website/app
  • Select the order you wish to cancel
  • Click the Cancel option

Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email or phone.

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Pricing or technical error
  • Payment issues
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified immediately, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.


2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

A product is eligible for return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The product is not as described
  • The item is expired (for consumables)

To request a return, you must:

  • Raise a return request within 2–5 days of delivery
  • Provide images or videos as proof (damaged or defective items)
  • Keep the product unused and in its original packaging

Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Opened personal-care items
  • Beauty, skin-care, and hygiene products after use
  • Food items or consumables (unless damaged/expired)
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special offers
  • Products without original packaging, accessories, or freebies

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement based on availability.

Replacement is subject to:

  • Successful verification of your return request
  • Product availability in stock

If the item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Return approved after quality check
  • Unable to replace due to unavailability

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
  • Or as a credit to your Home Daily Needs Wallet (if applicable)

Refund Timeline

Refunds typically take:

  • 3–7 business days for online payments
  • 2–4 business days for wallet refunds

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.


5. Return Pickup

Once your return is approved:

  • Our delivery partner will schedule a pickup
  • The product must be packed securely
  • Pickup attempts will be made up to 2 times

If the pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the return request may be closed.
